Im ersten Modul lernen Sie die Grammatik der Gefühle kennen: Warum werden wir wütend? Was bewirkt Freude? Welche Funktion hat Angst? Welchen Wert hat die Trauer? Und sind Gefühle überhaupt biz-fähig? Das Emotionen-ABC hilft dabei, eigene und fremde Gefühle sowie ihre Motoren und Potenziale zu lesen und zu verstehen.

Dieses Modul ist Voraussetzung für die weiteren Module Emotional Self-Leadership und Leadership-Dynamics Design.
